Perimenopause – A Trying Phase Or A New Beginning?

Menopause is a natural phase of life through which every woman has to go. The degree of mental and physical effects due to this transitional phase varies greatly. According to a survey, almost 83% women suffer symptoms of menopause and most of the times, these symptoms are really painful.
